How a filter subscription works
Choose your cartridge.
And how often it arrives: every 1, 2 or 3 months for Core 01 and the Urban bottle filter, every 3 or 6 months for the shower.
It arrives before you need it.
Each cartridge ships on the schedule you chose, so a fresh one is ready when the last one is due.
Change it whenever you like.
Delivery date, frequency, product, quantity, address and payment details are all in your account.

How much do I save on a filter subscription?
Up to 14%. A Core 01 cartridge is $30 on subscription against $35 one-off. The shower cartridge is $45 against $50, and the Urban bottle filter is $30 against $35.
How often should my cartridge arrive?
Core 01 lasts up to 350 litres or 3 months, whichever comes first, so every 3 months suits most homes. If you filter more water than average, a shorter interval suits you better. You can change it at any point.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Skip a single delivery without cancelling the subscription, from your account or the link in your subscription emails.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your account, open your subscription and select Cancel. It stops immediately and you are not charged again. If you would rather we did it, email support@earthswater.com and we will action it the same business day.
Is there a minimum term or a cancellation fee?
No. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no penalty for skipping a delivery.
What does shipping cost on a subscription?
The rates and timeframes in our Shipping & Delivery policy, including free shipping over $199.
What happens if the price changes?
We email you at least 14 days before a new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. If you do nothing, the new price applies from your next delivery.
Does the 30 day taste guarantee cover subscriptions?
The 30 day taste guarantee applies to a filter unit bought when you start a subscription, not to the replacement cartridges.
